ė is pronounced as a long e (IPA e:)
i is pronounced i as in pit (ɪ)
o is pronounced o as in pot (ɔ)
u is pronounced u as in put (ʊ)
į is pronounced as a long i
ų is pronounced as a long u
ū is pronounced as a long u
y is pronounced as a long i

Consonants:
c is pronounced as ts as in cats
č is pronounced as ch as in church (tʃ)
ch is pronounced as kh as in loch or Bach (x)
h is pronounced as gh, a voiced velar fricative (ɣ)
j is pronounced as y as in yell (IPA j)
